Born and raised in Cullman, Alabama, Josh Phillips has a true passion for business, family, and service. With an academic background in Business Management and a concentration in Entrepreneurship, Josh earned his degree from the University of North Alabama after completing his studies at Wallace State Community College. Shortly after, he moved to Arizona, where he embarked on a successful career in the mortgage industry. 

Having spent six years as an Executive Banker at Rocket Mortgage and another 6.5 years as a Mortgage Sales Manager at Gateway, Josh gained invaluable experience and developed a strong reputation in the industry. In 2020, he was recognized as a top 1% originator in the nation and was awarded a place in Gateway's prestigious Chairman's Club.

In 2023, Josh joined the Impact Mortgage Group as a Loan Officer, where he continues to apply his exceptional skills and expertise to help clients achieve their homeownership dreams. This year also marks his 13th year in the mortgage industry, a testament to his dedication and commitment to his profession.

Outside of his professional life, Josh is a dedicated family man who enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, raising farm animals, and engaging in family game nights. He believes that life is only worth living when it is lived in service to God and others, both personally and professionally.

As Josh continues to build upon his successful career, he remains committed to balancing his professional achievements with his devotion to his family, community, and faith. With his unwavering passion and strong work ethic, he is poised to make an even greater impact in the years to come.
